a perfect Parisian escape
room upgrade daily water
i adored how the staff upgraded us to the superior double or twin room upon learning it was our anniversary. the room was clean, and fresh bottled water was provided daily (a lovely touch).
The walls felt a little thin. I occasionally heard noises from adjacent rooms, it slightly detracted from the otherwise peaceful ambience.

the hotel benefits from its quiet residential location was great, though it's still conveniently close to major attractions. proximity to the seine allows for beautiful evening walks, a lovely way to end the day.

the rooms have air conditioning, crucial for managing temperature, though i relied on it to only heat the room. a coffee maker in the room, along with provided snacks and free water, added to the convenience .

the staff showed great efficiency and friendliness throughout my stay, and helped us with anything that we needed. they accommodated a late check-out request and also stored luggage at no extra cost (a very kind gesture).

super clean room comfy bed free waters renovated shower
I found the room super clean! The beds were comfy. I slept like a baby! I REALLY appreciated the free waters every day. The walk-in shower was newly renovated and nice, a BIG plus! I totally enjoyed my stay and will return.
The staff didn't fix the situation until the next morning.

The hotel provides brand new elevators for easy access to all floors, and I must say it made a difference! The reception staff spoke multiple languages fluently. This helped a lot! The hotel is located within walking distance of key attractions.

comfortable beds helpful staff sewage smell broken flush
the location was amazing. it was very safe. we also fell in love with how comfortable the beds were. and the staff was really lovely and helpful. too
The room smelled really bad when i came in and during the whole stay despite airing it. it was 24 degrees celsius in the room. It was way too hot for a comfortable sleep. the toilet flush was broken and kept on running. There was a sewage smell in the bathroom.

The location allowed for good strolls. It was near many places. The staff were nice. They upgraded our room as it was our honeymoon. The breakfast offered freshly baked baguettes.
The air conditioning did not function as expected. I had to open the windows. Mosquitoes then entered the room. There was no plug for the bathtub. I could not take a bath despite bath salts being provided.
